What happened to my Zoho interview|Tamil

I can understand your situation . I am also faced with the same issue I attended the interview more than 6 times for different sets of roles within a time period of 3 to 4 months but unfortunately I am not cleared even though I went to hr round for sales executive position but finally I received a mail stating that thank you for showing interest. unfortunately we are not able to move forward your profile at this moment this made me really down brother I really don't know the reason why they are rejecting me.

@@nivetharaj5140 apo nice.. company pathi nalaa paathu veinga, 1st eh what do you know about Zoho nu dhaan most ah kepanga.. and then Zoho products pathi paathu veinga, and then unga English kaga random topic la pesavo or ezhudhavo soluvanga. And idhlm perfect ah panitaale podhum. And neenga idhlm pass panitaa technical round nu onu irikum. Adhum easy dhaan. Zoho la irukura product pathi they will give you access to learn about them and adha pathi neenga avanglku as a Zoho employee ah explain pananum avlodha. This is how the round was, for me. Sure, make sure that you know about Zoho's history and its product. They will ask about their product. And sometimes depending on the process and person they will conduct a written test which will be very formal. The final round will be a presentation round in which you have to present any one of their product features.

Please note, interviewer attitude what you saying I can’t accept Coz what u saying I will talk with certain period of time and I will understand the pulse of customer How u can say this,you are a customer support agent and you are face of zoho for customer Customer don’t know that you are fresher or experienced, ultimate aim of company is customer retention Please change your attitude for customer support role To get shine in customer support role, you should think like customer act like customer , same time you should think like developer and act like developer customer value and business value need to enrich by you Avoid posting video like this against the company and saying worst interview experience,it’s ur personal experience Stop use company name.

1st did you watch the full video? Attitude has nothing to do with this video and yes again, this is the worst interview experience. And in the video did I mention that I wanna shine or did i ask your opinion? I think you have to educate yourself into a person who "understands" what the other person says. I was clearly in the intention to talk about how Zoho treats interviwee personally. And again I never mentioned everyone faces this. So what you can you do is go to English*Tution* center and educate yourself brother and please be mature enough when you talk to a person 😄😃😉
