That from eating bad and not exercising. Age is well. I am 57 and still a size 3 from high school. I work-out twice a day and eat extremely healthy. I am scared to be big and it doesnt look healthy or look attractive It's very easy to big up 50-100lbs like that at their age. It creeps up one you then you dont have the motivation to change until the doctor tell you that you wint live long if this doesn't change
