In srilanka nebulizer mostly hospitals laan use panra because the mixer which is used in nebulizer wants to properly diluted. With my knowledge i didn't see any doctors prescribe h2o2(mostly they prescribe salbutamol and steroids) but it's only to prevent the exaggeration of asthma because of infection. It won't cure viral fever. So better to use it with a doctor advice.
