back in the day the Fortunes were a great band particularly 60's early 70's and will never be forgotten by my generation but we are getting old and will probably be played at our funerals but i hope the band will never be forgotten for the fabulous music they gave us from a magical era. Great video. cheers

Rod Allen’s voice was so distinct, I loved the band way back in the 60’s, Caroline and you’ve got your troubles are two of my favourites from the greatest era of music and radio history ever

Rainy Day Feeling again... Here it comes again.... And of course, "You've Got Your Troubles".... were the 3 greatest hits by the Fortunes that we all remember here in the USA. Here in Las Vegas, NV we have radio station 102.3 (KKLZ? Hmmm...maybe not that one) plays those three every day! Wish I had seen them in 2009 in Las Vegas... Didn't know they were here!

Talk about perseverance! Terrific story. How old is that Jazz Bass? Very well done. Sadly, there were a lot of early deaths. I've always been interested iin Country Jow and Fish. Any chance for a bio vid?

Don't know what more you could say about the Fortunes, except that some of their pop material is just so excellent ( I still play it ! ) What about covering Manfred Mann ?
