They kept him around for television. Any show only cares about good television, viewers and ratings. He was the villain of his season. Wasnt just Gordon but the network calling shots. Also Ramsay is a tool

Jason deserved to be kicked out when he threatened to quit. Another one that have should have been kicked out when he threatened to quit was Johnny from Season 16. They both overstayed their welcomes wayyy too long.

Just so you know that whole womens period thing is becoming a point of discussion here of employers having too give their female staff 3-4 days off a month. So as horrible as it sounds imagine the costs if that was actually a thing. I mean i can understand its highly inconvenient for ladies but 1-1,5 month a year off for that is a bit extreme.

If a woman made a similar joke to Ramsey she would be praised with bouquet of flowers and medals, but when a man jokes about a woman then it's a problem. In my book it's just a joke and don't take it seriously

dude, i have to say, Words CAN have more of an impact, ONLY IF YOU LET THEM. If you dont give them that power, words cannot have that impact. Does no one remember the old saying, sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me? thats because the moment you give words the power to hurt you, they have a deep impact. otherwise, they are just sounds.
