I get the whole "give people a second chance" thing, but in Wes' case, he absolutely needed to be fired. This wasn't a one time thing, this was bullying and abuse of power. Setting employees up to fail only to make fun of them for it in a weirdly personal way is disgusting. To top it off, he refused to admit he did anything wrong, let alone being sorry and trying to change. Hopefully he saw it as a wake up call when he experienced actual consequences for his actions

Exactly what I was going to say now after watching this. Beat me to it 3 weeks ahead. LoL Still, I hope Wes had a hard time finding a new job after this, as his attitude and personality is not needed in the customer service industry.
