Hollywood is a fickle beast. One minute, you’re hot; the next minute, you’re not. In this super-sized edition of WTF Happened to this Celebrity, we look at the once red-hot careers of three popular funnymen in the 90s and 2000s: Vince Vaughn, Sinbad and Dane Cook. Each of them has his reason for stepping away from the limelight, whether it’s choosing to work on lower-key projects (Vaughn), the changing whims of public taste (Cook) or illness (Sinbad), each man left a huge impression on fans, and shouldn’t be counted out.

Vaughns been playing some great roles the last 10 years or so. Brawl in cell block 99, dragged across concrete, the 2 most recent films by my favorite director Craig Zahler, both have fantastic and very subdued performances from him. Love that guy.

All three suck, IMO, but Dane Cook is the only thief among them that I'm aware of. Icons? Of them, only Sinbad was really popular while Dane Cook was outright hated outside his "fans."
