Percy's arc was well-described in the novels and his redemption and family reunion in the last novel was sorely missed in the movies. And where the heck was Charlie, other than appearing in a photograph? I truly hope the book series is redone as a faithful television series where Charlie, Winky, Ludo, etc. are all present and every subplot of the novels covered.

Honestly, they could have had the entire Hogwarts portion of DH as it's own movie, starting with them arriving in Hogsmede, and just showing everything. They respected every type of blood be it half or muggleborn wizards.. and the other purebloods like the malfoys thought that they were disrespectful to their kind of blood. I can see what you r trying to tell and the answer is, -'Because the other purebloods did it, they thought that every Pureblood should hate muggleborn and try to vanish them from the school' but the Weasleys didn't, they knew that they are wizard/witches for some reason and they know who is good and who is mean...
