What happened to this 428 FE

In this episode Daniel pulls the 428 out of the 1966 Ford Galaxie 7 Litre and starts the inspection to find out why this motor is not running like it should.

That harmonic balancer being slipped is not helping anything, I would replace it before starting to degree the cam. And, yeah, a roller cam would be a better choice than a flat tappet cam considering the state of flat tappet cam failure's today.
