Those medical buildings you were traveling towards are in Louisville, the most populated area in the game at the moment, it is packed with zombies and is quite far from the starting towns, I would not recommend you travel there, fortunately there are many pharmacies in the rest of the town and the project zomboid map project has mapped them all( I’m unable to provide a link but it can easily be found by looking it up and is a very useful tool)

@@ramsoona a recommendation I have is that you should crouch more often (done by pressing c) and to not use the car over short distances as those both help when avoiding hordes of zombies crouching should be your default when outside and can still be done when shift running but not alt running
