Ticketmaster seems to have exclusive contracts with a number of the stadiums for ticket sales; so anyone wanting to book a concert had no choice at all, they had to use Ticketmaster. I think that was also true for the Reputation Tour; she used the "verified fan" system to try to defeat the scalpers and the bots scooping up all the tickets and reselling them for several times the asking price.

They actually held out her certified fans papa! Lots of them are and or were angry!
