It's by far my fav song on the album, I cried so hard to it the day it came out, I related to every word as I had very similar experiences at that age with older men and it just helped me a lot.

The way the song repeats and builds the chorus lyrics with more and more frenzy - it IS how Trauma thoughts repeatedly hit you, repeat and won’t go away. It FEELS like how trauma feels. It feels anguished and angry. It’s cathartic for me to listen to

I relate 💯 but for different reasons. I am a child who had no father because of a lot of serious stuff because he was a victim of the Catholic Church! I have no faith after that. You can read about it, or watch spotlight. It’s hard. I can’t get over it. I don’t know if you can get over it? Well I don’t owe anyone an apology. John asked Taylor to write and sing a song with her. That is how he pulled her in. He has a horrible habit of using Women. He has rated how sex was with several ladies on national television. Right after they broke up John wrote Taylor an 8 page letter telling her not to write a song about him. That says it all right there. He knew exactly what he did, 8 pages! He is a songwriter and has written about ex's. That is the way most songwriters express/process their emotions. Please listen until the end. There are a couple more great references in addition to the girlhood line. This is my first time watching your channel. I enjoyed hearing the reactions from two different generations and Mother and Daughter. 🫶
