I'm all in if you guys are gonna do a decluttering series! I'm on year 2 in the take your house back course. In those two years I've down sized from 1400 sqft to 980 with my husband and 3 children and I'm still going we have the garage full still of stuff we still hung on to and we need to tackle it. When people show their decluttering journeys it helps keep people like me motivated because I watch while i also decluttering.

My husband and I just had our first baby a month ago, we are 33 and 34 yrs old. Both of us have adhd, ocd and anxiety, our house often is in the same state as yours, dishes piled high and lots of other things get put on the back burner. Don’t feel bad about your house being a “mess” when you have all the neurodivergent things it’s hard to keep up when your attention is on the most important thing (your baby)! He’s happy healthy and taken care of! Everything else can wait. Your not messy, your doing your best and that’s what matters. Lots of love to you three!

Your hair looks gorgeous! And there is a spectrum for curls, there’s wavy, curly, and coils. Your hair is curly, of course not as coily as others, but definitely curly! I have very similar hair to yours and I have a couple tips if you were hoping to try the style again! When your using a defuser(the thing you used to dry your hair) the best way to get 0 friz, is to first hover the diffuser over your hair until it’s partly dried. And then you’ll want to hold the diffuser against your head (like you were doing) but don’t turn it on until it’s against your head, and turn it back off before you pull it off of your head. Hair serums also are a great thing to put on your hair while it’s dry to give it a shinier less frizzy look. And while your in the shower maybe try starting combing the hair at the ends, and gradually moving up. Now of course you are not obligated to do any of these things, but maybe these would help enhance your curls even more if you were to do it again. ❤️

If you keep up the curly hair routine it’ll just get better and better! You can also look up curl patterns if you are interested, most people have a combination I believe. Also this time of year can be stressful enough without trying to work extra. I believe you should slow down and try to enjoy the moments and family this time of year!

Best way to declutter, every time a box comes into the house (like amazon), fill it with things you no longer use. Every Saturday I then drop the box off at my local charity shop. Once a week I also fill a bag of trash of things that need to be taken to the dump or recycling. In just a few weeks, the boxes get smaller to fill because you have decluttered so much .

Great idea! I also go through my nice vintage clothing and good books and give some away to each of my now grown six kids every Christmas, and also some of my crystals and jewelry and then I make candles, soap and essential oil roll-on blends and gemstone elixirs and give them those too.

as a hairdresser and a good old tiktok fan washing your hair upside down for the whole routine will help, also putting in small mental clips in roots to create volume when drying and also adding mouse and gel to wet hair will help with volume and hold style and also using defuser upside down will help with all that, enjoy your hair journey xoxo

I can't imagine how you have done as much as you have! I know how I felt with my first baby and his first Christmas. I stayed home, and hubby worked. It was hard!! He was 8 months old on his first Christmas. We did Santa, put up a tree, hung a wreath on the door, and called the house decorated. You have a winter wonderland!
