What is the cost range if I seek for an attorney to file for a humanitarian revalidation. The petition was approved in Vermont before the petitioner died. The beneficiary is outside the US.

Hi this week we just filled out ds260 i believed it is submitted the afidavit of support and we just waiting on the police reports of the beneficiaries my father inlaw is petitioning them he and his son are the joint sponsors but just today he was calling to the hospital to have a liver transplant and we dont know what can happen what ifhe were to die what would happen to them thanks for the reply and god bless u for all the good work u do

Hello.. i will just ask.. my mom died, she was the petitioner. I am the beneficiary. My priority date is current. What can i do? Do i have to get and attorney to transfer it to my dad or any sibling? They are very willing.
