Update! My Allstate insurance just called and atleast said my medical is covered up to 250k the first 2500 you or your insurance have to pay. But that’s good news to me

Just got into a accident 2 days ago, the insurance doesn't know but Uber made a claim, couldn't I just tell Uber to disregard the claim? There literally at the steps of asking me for pictures to see if the car is still good but I'm stuck having to get my Uber account active. So note to self if you get into a accident and Uber calls say you have a flat tire and change it as we speak😂 call the cops etc. but still do the order so you won't get screwed out of a little gig of income. same happen me 3 days ago and i tell the truth my insurance said same thing and i report upload picture to uber today they call said 2500 deductible omg, tomorrow i m going to fix crook tire and i m not going to fix body my car old 2364560 miles, still i m waiting on other insurance company what they might say, my food i call the uber and ask them to cancelled order because i told i don't know how long it will take so canceled food, but food are two drunken noodle spicy and 2 qual bird, i threw all food away my stomach can't handle spicy and bird got no meat on it haha, so when guy ask 2500 deductible thats reason i come here to find truth and i found out truth so thank you bro

Anyone reading this, if you ever find yourself in that situation contact legal rideshare, they are a Chicago based firm with referral on any state. And yeah Uber is a bad company they intentionally refuse to forward the crash report to they insurance company so most people don't even bother dig deep or willing to fight them. Anytime you have accept an order you are fully covered remember that.
