I would go to Formentera for a day. Or go to Sant Antony to enjoy the Sunset at Cafe Mambo or any other place. Check out the different beaches, villages and towns around the Island. It's now 17 years since I have lived on the Island for nearly 8 months and there ist no single day that I haven't think about Ibiza. It's still the home of my Heart and Soul.

Maybe a bit late but: do use adequate sun protection (factor 30 at least, but 50 to be safe) and re-apply regularly. That is quite a sunburn on your shoulders at the end...

The scenery is amazing, those mountains and the sea brings memories of Cape town South Africa... but I came here for the smile! The video shows a bright day and many would attribute this to the sun, and the beauty of the land, yes...but I say the place is bright also because Ashley brought her smile to Ibiza. Ibiza. Oh the magical white island. Visited as a 20 odd year old a few times to party in San Antonio and Ibiza Town. As many brits did with the super clubs like Pacha and Privilege. The amazing chilled dj beach bars of cafe del mar and cafe mambo. However there's a lot more to Ibiza than partying and as I've got older I've loved the little white washed villages and amazing beaches. Ps. Watch your shoulders Ash. They look a little red I'm afraid.

The reason car rental was so easy is that most visitors who go to Ibiza go there to get 'rat arsed' on a hen or a stag party or boozy 20 something holiday so aren't renting cars. Everywhere is empty until early afternoon when they get up.

Yes I understand and YOU are completely correct on the pronunciation. Most of my audience is American so I decided to say it in a way they would recognize the name. It was something I considered and may or may not have made the right decision but I would say MOST Americans would recognize IBIZA over Ibitha.
