I take a deep breath and am struck by a heavy and rich scent. A lot of oak comes out, like soft gingerbread cookies. I feel dried fruit with floral perfume streaks. And a sucking deep strangeness with a little bitterness. A little manure tones too. Interesting, it is neither bitter nor sweet. A mighty, swimming sweetness in the beginning. I'm thinking of an English fruitcake. Then it turns and becomes dense, but annoying ectons. Wood tones, spiciness and bitter almond. The aftertaste offers marmalade tones, sherry and green tobacco. so it is incredibly possible and full-bodied. It is unexpectedly drinkable, you can really hang out with it. I expected it to taste more American I then carefully pour a drop of water into the whiskey glass. It tastes dirty, smoky and oily. It is a chemical process that takes place over the years. The "dirt" comes from phenols, smoke particles, which in turn come from oak. - After drinking as much whiskey as I have done in my life, I would say that it is spectacular. Your right theres also another study published around 1 year ago that found out every amount of alcohol will lower your lifetime. They said it doesnt matter how small the amount is. In the end there are studys that say its good for yourself to drink 1.5 ounces 4 days a week and there are some that say you shouldnt. In the end I will still Drink my 1.5 ounces each day. Its something i enjoy doing. Isnt that the most important thing when it comes to decide what your going to do? In the end its your life and you wont look back saying "damn i did so much things i didnt enjoy why have i wasted my life". In the end it comes down to the clause: do what you enjoy and you will have a good life. For sure dont be excessive but dont limit yourself.

Go for variety, go for unique and different flavours, but put a limit on how much you drink. Pour a half ounce or less in each glass and try just 3 or 4 varieties on a typical night. More if it’s a special occasion and less if you’re feeling a little off. Cheers🥃🥃🥃 Mark

I started having a Jack and Coke nightly for the past month. I've been playing mr mom and by the end of the day, I need to relax. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. A drink helps dull down the pain enough to help me sleep without making my groggy like meds do

Moderation is the problem - at 1.5 oz, that’s hardly worth the bother, IMO. I like 3 of those in a glass and then nurse it for awhile; however, that’s not moderation

I started dring whiskey with ice and lots of water during the day. Makes me feel very good. I don’t feel drunk. Just very relaxed. Working physically every hour of the day. Whisky gives me a lot of energy. It’s an experiment. Wish this stuff wouldn’t be so pricey.
