I'm not sure how big the Endo Skeleton in the Spring locks specifically are, but they look larger than the average human male height, and even if we say that there was a gap between the endo skeleton currently crushing Willy, and Willy's willy so that it could survive, what ever little flesh still connecting the willy to willy would have rotted away by the time of Fnaf 3 and probably earlier. So whether Willy's willy survives or he ends up with minced sausage and scrambled eggs, he still ends up losing them. But he doesn't really have a use for them anymore because the body's dead anyway. Now whenever you get jumpscared by a springtrap, scraptrap, or anything that related to No Willy Willy, You Must Scream "NO BALLS!!" At him.

Springlock suits in the movie only have locks in the torso region, in the books are known to have them in the head and seemingly the neck, as well as all along the body and most likely in the region questioned. In the games, it's unclear, but seems to be in the torso and arms region, as William still stands until losing feel in his legs, most likely from blood loss. TLDR: Springlocks are most likely only in that region in the books.
