I just found out shocking in Part 2. In part 2, You are on a bus and the fuel runs out and you come across a bunker of some sort and suddenly the bully comes up and knocks you unconscious and you wake up in a punishment cell and the bully reveals that he was the one who stole Baldi's ruler and kidnapped 1st prize, Principle and Arts and crafters. :( I hope this helped.
