Context: the reason Barney was driving homer’s car was because a rule was passed in moe’s bar where one person had to be the designated driver and they played a game air chance and Barney lost not being able to drink and remain sober and he was so desperate to drink that after he dropped homer off he disappeared for awhile with Homer’s car.
