that has nothing to do with yasuo though. It just appears more often cause he has such a low cd dash. When you change your position inside the tower rapdily the shots will come at you faster OR on the other side take longer. When the second option happens it looks like you got hit out of tower range, even though the shot just was shot too late animation wise. Thats not a yasuo flaw but a flaw of the turret spaghetti code.

Riot Direct is not net neutrality

Riot Direct has nothing to do with net neutrality. It is riot partnering ISPs to get a connection directly to their servers instead of standard hops. The issue of net neutrality is ISPs slowing down speed to services because the services dont pay or because the end user doesnt have that type of service in their contract. Riot isnt getting a fast lane. They are simply getting a different route to minimize packet loss etc. Without the ISPs for example throttling connections for DOTA2 because dota doesnt partner with em.

No not really, you have to understand the technical buildup behind the things here. All data that is sent through and received goes through a "road" right? Sometimes, the packet would need to take roads that contain less traffic from other packets in order to reach their destination faster. What riot here did was *build their own road* whilst having the ISP support it. Not *reserve* an existing road that has been used by other packets to travel through, no this is not what they are doing - they are making their own and they are *giving the ISP the funds* in order to make these roads and host them. If they were to *reserve* a road, that would be - like you said - purchasing special treatment from the ISP, but they don't, they paid to make their own road and they use it. It's not a special treatment, it's a costly benefit. This is why most of the political shit happens, people don't actually fuckin know what the fuck goes on behind the scenes of the technology world and just take it at face value. Makes them so dumb I just wish they stopped, if only computer science was one of the preliminary subject in school - then maybe this shit won't happen. Fukin hell

The longer an ethernet cable is, the harder the connection is to get through, meaning slower network speed. Most of the cables people use these days are cat5 E cables, which have a max useable distance of about 100 feet, without switches, so a wifi connection would be about as good as a 60 foot ethernet cable.
