I want to get my nose done and I wouldn’t care to let people know that I got a nose job for cosmetic reasons. I see cosmetic surgery as something you get done for yourself and not for other people. With that being said, you need to be confident in your decision because you did it for you and not for the opinions of others. In my humble opinion.

Personally I wouldn’t want someone that surgically altered their height. To me that’s super shallow for a man to do. Unless he’s altering his height bc the old way to get the execute position or military position only tall people get. I don’t want to be their nurse in old age to a vain man. How is the height surgery legal. Lets say a short person got 3 inches taller. They would look weird because the proportion of where your hands fall when your arms are at your side would not look natural. Making it obvious that you got surgery especially if your shoes don't have a thick sole.
