25 years of breaking the law. Fantastic example. I grew uo hearing "click it or ticket" on tbe TV and unspeakable horrors from my dad and paramedics of what happens to bystanders and the drivers who don't buckle up. Cops act for safety. Pigs act for power. The seatbelt is an excellent Turing test for that. Minor fender benders can turn deadly when you are jarred from your seat and can't hit the brakes as you run down pedestrians. But yeah....he totally cares about us while he willfully takes that risk on our account.

@louisbouchard6869

True the charges were dismissed BUT they can be read in during sentencing and the judge can use those read in charges when considering a sentence in Wisconsin. I am sure that as part of the plea deal, the sentencing length and type was left up to the court. If the Eau Claire County judge in this case is similar to thinking of a La Crosse County judge I know about in a similar case, this guy is looking at decades in prison and will be 80 - 90 before he gets off of supervision, if ever since he will probably end up on the SO registry.

For the life of me I’ll never understand why people like you try to defend monsters and not say a word about the family he tortured. What about the family’s constitutional rights of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness? Is it ok to allow this person bail to terrorize and cause physical abuse to a child? The sad thing is that interactions like this happen EVERY DAY, but nobody knows about it. The news won't EVER report on a positive story like this involving the police. The media wants the police to be seen as the bad guys all the time.

WTF just got to the charges and I take back anything positive about that POS. Not only did he commit all those horrific crimes, it says they’re all repeaters. This is the face of pure evil and he shouldn’t ever be allowed out of prison again. The poor girlfriend and kids are going to need a huge amount of therapy for the 5 days of trauma while they were held hostage by him.
@Outnumberedbykidsandcats
@Outnumberedbykidsandcats 7 ай бұрын
So I found out that he was sentenced to a total of 52.5 years, but because all of them are to be served concurrently he will only serve the longest sentence of 20 years. Why on earth do courts do that? Sentencing someone to 20, 7, 12 and 13.5 years and then saying that will be served at the same time? It’s basically just getting away with all but the most serious charge. If you’re sentenced that those years, they should always be consecutive. Someone like this who committed such evil acts and has done it repeatedly shouldn’t ever be able to set foot outside prison again. They won’t ever change and why shouldn’t they serve a life sentence in the same way their victims do? He will only be 58 when he gets out and still young enough to ruin other lives. 😢

How did our court systems just come to the conclusion that those who can pay the highest sums of money can just buy their freedom back after committing such HORRIBLE crimes? Pray the judge doesn't give him a single day of time served, and he has to serve a FULL SENTENCE for the trauma he's caused!

Of course you couldn't. Your a true cop that people call pigs. Regardless of the law, you will always find an excuse to go that extra mile. This cop in this video is the exception to cops like you everywhere. He is: detached, de-escalating, not pushing their power, just doing his job, not being the judge and jury and executioner, all the things you aren't. You're the type that would have escalated the situation until you feared for your life and took the matter into your own hand.

"Court documents show that 38-year-old Aaron Trumble of Eau Claire, Wis., has been sentenced in a sexual assault and kidnapping case where he faced 20 charges. For one count of first-degree sexual assault, he is sentenced to 20 years in prison and 15 years extended supervision. This will be served after he finishes serving out a previous sentence. For one count of physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm as a repeat offender, he is sentenced to 7 years in prison and 3 years extended supervision. For one count of strangulation and suffocation as a repeat offender while using a dangerous weapon, he is sentenced to 12 years in prison and 3 years extended supervision. For one count of causing mental harm to a child, he is sentenced to 13.5 years in prison and 5 years extended supervision. These sentences are concurrent, so they will all be served at the same time."
