I love that Randy comes and personally sees to it that these models are connected properly. It speaks volumes for the company that he is very much 'hands-on'. Hopefully - this will keep the haters at bay. Everything looks great Hans! So glad to see everyone in action!

Haters? When you accuse others of what you are guilty of, you are projecting, and that's what you're doing here. Interesting that the most hateful people seem to be the ITH cultists, always attacking others who don't share their views or opinions.

My question is why are you using wooden blocks under these homes instead of cinder blocks like under most mobile homes are used overtime the wooden blocks will give away you need to use cinder blocks instead
@gotinybefree2 ай бұрын
When we level and block up the homes, we do use cinder blocks. Randy and Tom brought blocks to join these two homes and they’ve been doing this for far longer than I have so you’d have to ask them about it (special promo, they joined Jim’s homes together for free)

I was there on property last week. I was disappointed to see it was so much smaller in reality than is depicted...and so very close together...way too close. The property is also right up to the backyards of a neighborhood. Honestly having trouble seeing him fit all the things he has planned for this very small community.

Nice opportunity for living tiny. It’s not for everyone, but I’m happy to see these communities popping up for those who do want to go tiny and live simpler! Well done!
@gotinybefree2 ай бұрын
With all due respect, this is a “tiny” home community, not a “lots of space, live miles away from your nearest neighbor” type of property. Yes the homes are close together, it is a tiny house community. Tiny homes or a tiny home community isn’t for everyone. But if you want community, you want to live with other people living tiny in a safe, secluded area in nature that’s easy to access yet out of town and on a lake… this is it!

Why didn't they invest in a level cement pad to put that on. It's going to get out of level all the time, or at least about 3 inches of gravel. Don't like how they are leveling it up for long term use.
@Thomas63r22 ай бұрын
God bless them for having fun, enjoying the chicken and onion rings and ice cream. I do wonder how they will feel about their little box houses 5 or 10 years down the road when the move in excitement is gone. $25k per box, plus site prep, setup, then whatever your budget allows for giving it some style. I'm sorry, but to me that does not look like a professional installation and I think these boxes look dreary. Yes they hit a price point, but I suspect they will not hold long term value. I could be completely wrong and I wish these people the best.

$15,000 key (or seed) money to secure your Lease, then $300/month. The monthly fee covers road maintenance and amenities like hot tubs, pickleball courts, a gathering spot right on the Lake, community Fire pit, and a Community center with outdoor TV'S for Movie nights and Football. Also dumpsters and maintenance of the septic system and the Lake. You pay your own water and electricity.
@LisaSantak3 ай бұрын
@reynetallents really, they have all that up and running or that's what they are proposing...
@reynetallents3 ай бұрын
@LisaSantak proposed amenities. Hans is taking a break from developing lots to start work on some of those since there's 27 residents already (I imagine immediate needs like dumpsters and laundry facilities). Privacy fences between the Airbnb and Residents have gone up, and parking has been put in for the Airbnb section. A fire pit area has been set up. The lake has a fountain and is full of fish that were introduced to keep the grasses down. Just getting started on amenities.
