I really liked your messaging about folks just needing to stop and think about whats important. All the stuff we accumulate over the years just doesn't serve us in any meaningful way after awhile. Not to mention that as we age one of the most thoughtful things we can leave for our loved ones is not to have to deal with rooms full of stuff. I would rather live tiny and be able to say hey I wanna go on a trip to Paris and be able to afford to do it if that makes sense.

Very nice tiny, if I was younger I could certainly live there. Going tiny allowed me to retire without a mortgage or car payment which puts a lot more of my retirement income in my pocket. Just a note on the insurance, some of the tiny home communities require you to carry insurance on your home.

The only thing I don’t like is the angle of the couch to watch the tv BUT I love the fireplace !!! It’s a must have for me !

Great vid Hans!!❤❤❤ You know if you just didn't have that key money down of 10-15k & you dont get it back & raise the lot rent a bit more (IF YOU NEEDED TO) YOU'D OF BEEN FULL CAPACITY with a waiting list before you broke ground. However, you might have to be more selective possibly on who you let in. There seems to be a untruthful stigma I think that if you do charge the key money you'll get a more stable person.😅😅😮😢 soooo untrue, "sometimes" Just saying...

Again you should sell your layout to tiny home builders, its smash up. Get your mind excited in one second & 😢 in the next, cause there is NOT ANOTHER tiny home that HAS so many key selling features.. For so many reasons... a BIG PLUS is no crawling on your knees in lofts.
