That is a great combo. turmeric absorption is improved by the cayenne pepper. and the ginger, the carrot... all goodies right there :) Don't stop

Not a coffee drinker, but I think it's better a nice carrot juice instead of coffee, with milk, sugar etc.

I loooove vegetables so much but I also love meat I think we are omnivores we need healthy vegetables and fruit and meat all of them balanced in harmony.

It's true, you do need to eat a balanced diet. However, there are way too many studies and proof that red meat is bad for your heart, and arteries, and stomach, and intestines. Just considering the fact that, to digest meat, the ph in your stomach needs to drop to ranges from 1.5 to 3.5, which is highly acidic. Compare that to vegetables, for example: to digest vegetables, the pH increases to around 6-7, which is more neutral. Bacteria and disease thrives in acidic environment. That acidic PH carries over to the intestines, messing up the microbiome in there (killing good bacteria, and encouraging growth of bad bacteria). That's what might potentially cause problems down the road, such as colitis, IBS, or colon cancer. Everybody is free to eat whatever they want, in the end. Nobody can say that one way is right, and another way is wrong. It's just about preferences, and how each one cares about their health.

I drink carrot juice but not everyday but when i do i consume more than 4 oz i notice my skin looks glowy Maybe il do 2x a week i. Not trying to turn orange 😂

You can definitely do it 2x per week. At some point I was drinking it every day, mixed with apples. No orange skin :D

The "turning orange" thing is very unlikely to happen. 16 oz is completely fine.

there isn't a limit, but you can start with 1 or 2, see how you like it , You can definitely mix them with an apple, to make them more drinkable. And yes, you can drink it every day without any worries.

Hi Rita. I mix carrots with various other veggies or fruits. One recipe I like is this one: 1 cup pineapple chunks 2 carrots 2 limes 1/2 small green or red chili 4-5 ice cubes This juice blend is loaded with Vitamin C. It will not only help you lose weight but will boost your immune system as well. It will also help improve your metabolism! And I like a bit of spice, so the small chili adds a nice flavor. You don't need to add it, if you don't like it spicy.

That's way too little information to tell if carrot juice was actually the culprit for the fatty liver. How did your diet look like, throughout the day? What was your lifestyle? Were you exercising? Were you taking any medications? Were you eating a lot of fatty foods? Juices are recommended to be drank in the morning, or lunch. At night, since they are high in sugar, are not recommended.
