I also have ADHD and used to make mistakes on a reg basis. I got medication for my adhd. I take Vyvance there are others. My life is 98% better. If you are not getting your adhd treated, please consider it. It will make such a huge difference in your life and even your families life. You're not a terrible person you are nerodivergant. Make your self notes posted to your computer. And talk to your doc. All said with love and concern

The Cricut cartridges were used for the older machines that were stand-alone - the new machines connect to the internet. If someone has older cartridges, they can use their newer model to link the cartridges to their accounts, but there is no way to check to see if they've been registered/linked already. (copyright issues) However, some people like the older model machines, and those will use any cartridges, regardless of their linked status, since they don't connect online. So you can try marketing to the older machine market, since you don't have any way to tell. They could also be linked to a Gypsy, which is kind of like a hard drive for the old Cricut machines.

Train situation sucks. I've messaged several sellers on eBay if I notice their listing is wrong and they are always really grateful for it- and I had someone do it for me once and I was also super grateful to avoid that mess... I had gotten a guitar foot pedal in a lot of junk and it was the wrong one in the box and I had it for months and never even noticed.

I watch because you have a great personable presence. Plus, you also live in Florida & have similar listings to mine (don't worry I am West Coast). But when I first started watching you, I would get anxiety from what you were doing Mainly because I have an ADD Husband. He makes similar mistakes in life. I only let him go sourcing, and he is good at cleaning brass, that he usually sourced, and he occasionally takes items to USPS. But, I don't trust him to list or ship any of my orders. Make sure when you comp the comics you check out page quality white/off-white to white/off white etc....Definitely was worth grading, couple of very good ones, a couple of the non keys are very desirable art wise/famous covers and artists.

Everything sold by midnight ships the next day, always, always 99% of the time. I get up at 6:00, so I might crash a little earlier sometimes. Sometimes I actually take a 30 min nap so I can make it till midnight. If I get in the bed early and I hear cha Ching on my phone before midnight I will get up and take care of it. eBay is a 2nd job, reg job is 40-60 hrs.

Heads up what a lot of comic sellers do, my self included we list books with a higher amount but set best offer closer to FMV so that when a person sends a best offer close to fmv we can screen there history to see if we want to ship the book to them. If they for what ever reason pay the higher amount we just roll with it cause of the risk involved. Generally comic buyers are great but some are not.

Have you considered getting a few vendor booths somewhere? I think it would do good for you, plus no shipping...and it would probably lessen your burden of having to list and ship everything you source. By me having a brick and mortar store, I put lots in my store to see if it will sell there, before I consider putting it on ebay. I usually make more on it in the store than on ebay (even with my overhead). I don't have to take pics, ship etc and that makes it so much better. I do sometimes ship items in my store, if people want something, because I will take random store pics and someone might ask about a certain item. I invoice them and then will ship.

Is crosslisting really worth it when you’re constantly canceling orders due to out of stock, forgetting to ship orders on other platforms, or having to cancel orders due to weight restrictions, or getting your account restricted due to selling banned items, losing top rated, etc. Honestly, every time I think about crosslisting you remind me of all the negatives. If you know you have attention issues why don’t you double triple check your work, listings etc or have Tina double check to cut down on mistakes? Dave, you must be a pretty good seller or you wouldn’t have gotten as far as you have. Maybe now is a good time to put some good processes and procedures so that you can keep on top of these things. Everyone makes mistakes but you don’t want it to become every day practice. It seems like the value your time away, so I think you need to be very intentional about when you return . Might also want to do something about the SKU situation and run some kind of big promotion to clean out some backlog. if you do have ADHD as your channel name suggests, you might want to get a mentor or coach to help you get things organized so that you can keep on top of it. Keep up your good work! Don’t let the mistakes get you down because they are not what defines you. No one is perfect😊

You should really use go collect or another paid pricing app when your dealing with high value comics. Ebay solds only tell you so much. Invest the $10 for a month subscription to make sure you're maximizing value.
