Throw a ball or a frisbee with them outside before leaving them home alone. They will be less bored and get tired. It makes them less destructive. Also leave a toy. Not something they can choke on.

Some would advise against showing love before you leave as a lot of dogs have separation anxiety and that only worsens it. The black frenchie must be younger. That outburst of energy was super cute!
