2:10 - Can you set affinity the first 4 cores? The 2700X has 2 CCD's. Set OBS to the 2nd CCD and the game to the 1st one. Maybe set no SMT (hyperthreading) for the game as well (select core 0, 2, 4, 6) I get 450 fps on a 13700k :o

@wtii I was able to fix the lag spikes by making sure my game was installed on solid state drive + at least 20gb free space. Hope that helps. I tried absolutely everything but that did it 🤷‍♂️
