What Happens When You Pre-Bait a River W/ Boilies and Pellets!?

What happens when you pre-bait a river with boilies and pellets in Autumn? This is what we're looking at in todays video. This session I placed a camera into the river and baited the swim then filmed it over the course of an hour, so we could get an insight into what goes on down there. As you can tell from the thumbnail its pretty interesting stuff, so I hope you guys enjoy it! From perch to chub to barbel to ducks we capture it all in 2k.

hi chris , would love to see this again but with spam as bait (only spam) to see if the fish react differently. you could experiment with cubes of spam and rounded balls of spam to see if the fish are more spooky to the cubes. would be interesting to see!

A friend of mine was fishing on a local lake for carp....and where he was fishing it was 18 meters deep. Somewere in the night he heard two beeps on his bite alarm and nothing more... In the morning he was realing in and ot was feeling heavy....and a koot was on the hook....it dove 18 meters down and hooked itself...

Very interesting underwater footage there Chris - now I think I know why many Chub bites are just rattles or plucks on the rod tip as they seem to 'mouth' baits before taking them into their mouths properly. Barbel, on the other hand, seem to engulf mouthfuls before ejecting any 'unwanted' items. Thanks for sharing and perhaps demonstrating something I've wondered about for many years 👍👌.

A little bit of research indicated it was probably a 'bot' enticing account holders to do whatever these 'bots' are designed to extract from unsuspecting users. Very interesting how the chub attacked the boilies. The perch were there the whole way through. The go-pro didn’t spook the fish and the duck didn’t put them off for long. Surprising but valuable footage. I’d like to see similar on a Stillwater.

Fun fact, Chubb love boilies, when ever I go carp fishing the lake has been stocked with cbubb to over 5lbs and there is many of them, just gets demolished
