i reckon the random static from the lego racers game was game data suppressed into audio, which turns into that weird noise. this is common with game discs that can also be used as audio cds, though it is bizarre since that was the only track available. a lot of game discs warn you not to play the first track on the disc, either mentioned on the box somewhere or in auditory form in a certain product (i.e. dreamcast) most likely due to the fact the loud noise would scare young children.

when you pressed the button on the side, it started the connection but also while it is blinking, if you have another xbox one crontroller. Then look for the circle button with three waves and hold it while it is still blinking than you have connected more than one controller.

I put a disk that has the same size than a gamecube disk in my ps4 and it got in there and it didn't get out and i tried to put a ps4 disk in it got in but withowt scanning it, but when i got the ps4 disk out, it got out with the small cd out.

I have an Xbox One S you can play 4K movies in real 4K but games are going to be in 4k as well but only in 1440 60 or higher frame rate and with hdr10 so it's not native 4K but it's better than 1080p
