@@StanBanks for entry level yes. My main reason was because I wasn't sure if I was going to be serious about making shirts. I was scared from buying on Amazon because of comments about them catching on fire. I haven't burned my fingers in 3 months! I do use a BBQ glove that I place on top; I lay my hand on that. I do need to get a temperature gun though. I've made about 150 shirts without any problems. I make sure I can see the fabric print through the vinyl.

@@StanBanks another off related question. If you had to start with either sublimation or heat transfer vinyl when you first started, knowing all you know now, which would you of chose? And have you done a video or even a section of a video where you explain your reasoning on putting a design on the front or back of the shirt?
@StanBanks5 жыл бұрын
Vinyl sublimation limits shirt colors black is most requested. And no never thought about it. It really just depends on what your doing. Rarely is a customer request for a back unless it’s a left chest design as well.

Excellent Video. I recently began tuning into you channel and find it to be very helpful and informative. I have a family member who is an artist and is interested in converting some of their art to T-Shirts. How can they best take images of their physical art and convert it to a printable format that can be printed on fabric. If you can also recommend any of your videos on design software or apps that would be great. OneLove....
@StanBanks5 жыл бұрын
It’s best to have it digitally created, but the other option is to find a company that specializes in art reproduction and have them scan it and get the file. Or have someone recreate it digitally if they are not comfortable working digitally.
