Because we have these promises , dear friends , let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit . And let us work toward complete purity because we fear God (2 Corinthians 7:1). Remember that in a race everyone runs , but only one person gets the prize . You also must run in such a way that you will with (1 Corinthians 9:24). He will keep you strong right up to the end , and he will keep you free from all blame on the great day when our Lord Jesus Christ returns (1 Corinthians 1:8). They wondered what the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about when he told them in advance about Christs suffering and his great glory afterward . They wondered when and to whom all this would happen (1 Peter 1:11). The Son reflects Gods own glory , and everything about him represents God exactly . He sustains the universe by the mighty power of his command . After he died to cleanse us from the stain of sin , he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God of heaven ( Hebrews 1:3).

We see no miraculous signs as evidence that you will save us . All the prophets are gone ; not one can tells us when it will end ( Psalms 74:9). He replied , But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice ( Luke 11:28). Phinehas son of Eleazar and grandson of Aaron the priest has turned my eager away from the Israelites by displaying passionate zeal among them on my behalf . So I have stopped destroying all Israel as I had intended to do in my anger .13 In this covenant , he and his descendants will be priests for all time , because he was zealous for his God and made atonement for the people of Israel
