I’m not sure I can describe what I love most about your videos! First I Love your inventive recipes, and they work!! Not all you tube recipes actually taste good. Then there’s the wonderful tips for weight loss and exercise, and your incredibly cute babies, and your energy and positivity and kindness. Then the inclusion of your amazing husband, mother, sister and aunt. I feel like I’m part of the family I always wanted. I’m alone a lot, and my husband has been having some serious medical problems, so I watch you every day, and sometimes go back to old episodes to get extra Amy. Thank you my friend

I know it will probably stress you out, but including Romi in the Chef AJ interview would be awesome. So many younger vegans and grannies, like me, want to know how to get their kiddos to eat more veggies. She is so darn cute and endearing. Have her cooking with you on AJ's show would be awesome.

I second other commenters that your Aunt's brunch looked epic. I would love a little recipe book from your Mom and Aunt that would include your Mom's salads and your Aunt's brunch for starters. I can't wait to see the IG on the cookie dough ice cream! Thank you and your family so so much for your hard work and inspiring energy. I absolutely rely on your recipes!

I'd be interested in the members thing! Stuff I am interested in, Maximizing my weight loss, oil free recipes = lots and lots of recipes! I'd love more meal plans, maybe more how to eat when you don't feel like or cant cook or need to eat out. I am horrid for that. - -- btw, is that fudge/ice cream recipe available anywhere? I could use some of that in my life right now! (and psst. id totally try a tomato/peanut butter wrap)

I’m on the fence about a private group. I’ve done several and they start out great and really active but then start to slow down. I do love all you content so would likely join but I’ve also seen groups slowly fizzle out and membership drops. You could definitely try it and see how it goes. You’d have to figure out if you can manage everything with KZbin and Instagram. You’ve gained a big following from these sites so how to balance that might be tricky. We also love your meal/recipe books so wouldn’t want you to stop that. On other notes love that you have so many family members who eat like you! I’m so jealous of that. None of my family eats like me. Apparently your cookie dough ice cream was a big hit! 🤣 Gotta love James! He’s definitely fun to see in your videos! Well whatever you decide to do you’ll have support. Just don’t spread yourself too thin. ❤

People have many ideas about how not to cry when chopping onion but this trick has worked brilliantly for me. Cut the onion in half and refrigerate it. Obviously you need to do this ahead of time but 15 min in the fridge can work. If the onion is chilled it does not make me cry. This is the only trick that has worked for me.

I do not participate in memberships because they are expensive per month (up to $15) and most content is eventually free- I just have to wait it out. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos and content as well as creative recipes. Low calorie density meals with recipes and “how to” prep videos. I think that your membership could be a valuable one, as I spend most of my KZbin viewing on your videos alone.

That made me laugh so much when you were feeding James the ice cream. That’s exactly something my husband would do lol. I love seeing you with your extended family. It’s good to see how a family can eat WFPB. I’m off on holiday to Devon next week and I am stressing about how to stay on track. I historically go crazy when we are away lol. We usually have big long days out returning late in the evening and I end up just grabbing whatever is vegan that I can find. I’m planning lots of picnics for lunch but my husband is saying we can just grab some chips on the night while we are out to keep it cheap. There’s only so much food I can carry around all day. I’m hoping the chip shops do kebabs so I could at least just get a salad pitta. 🤞 I can navigate it. Ur chickpea wraps would be a good recipe for Chef AJ because lots of people struggle to find oil and gluten free bread and wraps. Good luck!
