Hiii!!! Didi m from gujarat!! And undhiyu is one of the famous subji dish in winters in gujarat saurastra!!! It has all veggies and small methi and besan mix deep fried balls..... It's tastes amazing.... I am too surprised that only some dishes r there otherwise gujarati we have 30 types of dishes!!
