Hey guys! I'm just dressed like "Where's Waldo?" today, so I thought I'd let you follow me around and see what I ate!! I am a calorie counter and I am also taking up intermittent fasting.

So it's Sun. morn., and I thought about you, wondering if you've done any new wig reviews - only to find that you and I both doing Intermittent Fasting! (I'm prob at least your momma's age, ha ha ) - I love this WOE - see, even learning the new lingo.... I did eat more than once yesterday and I looked so bloated. I take a digestive enzyme. PS - I rarely use the scales - the clothes tell the real story - so much info on the net. Did you check out The Diet Doctor, the amazing Canadian nephrologist, Jason Fung yet? Cheers.

Sasha, three questions. 1. What time are you usually getting bed and waking up? Just to understand the interval between the last meal and a nap time. 2. I don't think I understood correctly the idea of the protein meal replacement. Is that more about a "replacement" to be not that hungry, or are you usually count that as a "protein" food, like drink that instead of taking the meat/chicken/fish, or both? I mean, why protein exactly? 3. This is a different topic, how's your hair so far? Are you still using non-sulphate shampoo's or mb you changed the strategy? Any conclusion about these shampoos? THANK YOU

Yulia 1. My sleep schedule is all over the place, which makes things tricky, I wake up between 5am and 7:30am, and go to bed around 10 or 11. 2. Protein is just good for you! And if I had to choose between carbs, fat and protein to fill up on, I'm going to choose protein everytime!! But, the whole purpose of the shake is its a low calorie substitute (135 cals.) to a meal I would normally have that gets me thru to dinner time. Normally I would have something not as healthy at that time, but my shake is healthier, and keeps me full longer. 3. Yes! I love my sulphate free shampoo! I'm using Joico now. I also have a new secret, which I will be revealing soon, after some more testing!! Cheers! Xoxo

Hi Sasha... I really like this video. I like everything your showing, but the rice even though it's a healthier carb... will it slow down weight loss having 1 serving a day? Just curious... Love your videos... Thanks... I need to lose weight!!! :)

Rice will not slow down weight loss at all as long as you are in a caloric deficit. Carbs are an important part of a healthy diet. Have a great day!😊

Pauline Campbell, oh Pauline, thank you! I'm not as disciplined about the gym, as I should be, but I find controlling my eating has showed the most results. Thank you so much for the note! I wish I was in the UK right now, snuggled up at a pub eating a Shepherd's Pie!! Instead of the chicken I made!!!

Hi Sasha! Im doing the intermittent fasting too. I find im just not that hungry, where as before I was always looking for the next meal. Have you noticed that? You got me to try Nut Thins! I love them! and I also added to my "little dishes" collection too after i saw your video awhile ago! lol lol,,,can you do another video on your latest fav foods/snacks again? Thanks for sharing your tips! xoxo

Janis Bauer Yes! I need to update my fave snack foods! They are always changing!! And I know what you mean, Janis, I feel so much less crave-hungry in the evening hours now that I know I just can't eat anymore. It's great! And I figured out, I wasn't really hungry, I just love the idea of snacking!! Haha!! Cheers!

You have a beautiful kitchen. I have been doing IF since May. I have lost 10 pounds. I had 12 pounds to lose. So almost to my goal weight. I am so thankful. I lost 73 pounds several years ago but had gained these few pounds back and could not get it off. Until IF. Loved seeing what you were eating. Have a great day tomorrow. 😍

Debbie Hill, oh I'm so glad to hear you are having success with IF. I love it, its really helping me control my cravings, and my occasional bloat/ water retension. Keeping the pounds off is hard work. I love learning new tricks!! And, Thank you, Debbie. My husband designed this kitchen, its very functional.
