Hi Annie! I love your videos and all the recipes you share with us! So grateful for the tips and ideas. I usually get rid of any leftover rice. @FG-nu9jf3 жыл бұрын
That’s interesting as I often bloat and drink skimmed milk, did oat milk make a big difference? Is it a lot more calorific as I love coffee too 😂
@elizabethkolevska24643 жыл бұрын
@@FG-nu9jf to be honest I don't know the science behind it but since I switched I can tell the difference may be because oat milk doesn't have dairy and skim is dairy? Also, I buy the sugar-free oat milk hope this helps try it I do drink lots of coffee

I’m going to try these recipes minus the butternut squash soup because although I enjoy it, my family of 5 does not 😕 but I’m really interested in trying the chicken salad and the pumpkin bread! Also I have the Seed pre and probiotics and man these things are powerful. It says to work your way to 2 tablets each day but I’ve been taking them for 2 months now and I still haven’t been able to. They make you have to use the restroom a lot, at least that’s my case and it’s too much for me so I do one daily and sometimes I even take a break from that because it just makes me feel like I always have to go. I mean, it’s clearly doing it’s job and no other probiotic has done this for me but I have to manage how often I take it because of that. I know totally tmi but if you’re interested in the product, just giving you my experience Lol 😂

Thanks for the review! Not too much information because it’s really helpful for those on the go and knowing what to prepare for is helpful. Cost/Benefits :) Ps. Maybe you can make the soup for yourself and freeze the leftovers!
