Korma looks great. Just a tip to enhance flavour anytime you're making Indian food is to really fry your onions until they are dark and crispy. Basically they should look burnt lol. (I'm Indian and cook Indian food regularly)

If you are trying to lose body fat, prioritizing weight lifting is key. Weights helps you put on muscle, which burns more fat than cardio. Having more muscle means you have a faster metabolism. Swap the 50mins of cardio for weights and watch your body lean down!

Foremost, I love your content! Secondly, I want to say I'm very happy you are trying to take care of your health. Regardless if you are doing lots of cardio, it's still great for your heart. I used to be the same way. I had my treadmill sessions where I'd do an hour at 4 speed, 4 incline, but then after I would do 20 mins of weights because I was afraid of bulking up. Turns out I was actually causing myself to store more fat as all that cardio made me so hungry for all the bad carbs and my cortisol was super HIGH--which causes fat storage in the face and stomach. Everyone is totally different in how their body responds to different types of workouts so I am not recommending my exact routine but I did notice you rely a lot on cardio and diet trends and then seem to gain the weight back despite all your HARD WORK. So take my life story, or leave it, but maybe it might help you gain strength, get leaner and feel amazing (and be able to eat all the junk you love without gaining fat!). I found for me when I stopped doing all the cardio, AND HOURS of working out a week (I was working out like 1.5 hrs a DAY), and instead did 30 mins of high intensity Pilates 3 days a week, 30 mins 2 days a week of vinyasa yoga (strength and flexibility training, as well as a cardio focused yoga) with 2 days 30 mins each session of light weights for my glutes..and by light I mean I'd just stack about 20-30 lbs on my hips or use 10lb dumb bells or a 20 lb kettle bell, that I started to lose INCHES off my stomach and transform my body overall. That's just 30 mins of working out 7 days a week. I've maintained my knew physique since my early twenties and I'm 38 now, almost 39. But prior I was in my teens and early twenties I had a 35 inch chest, 40 inch waist, 42 inch glutes and 24-25 inch thighs, 15 inch calves and NOTHING I did seemed to change my body. Like I ate less, starved, over exercised and nothing worked. That "calories in and calories out" nonsense was FAKE. All that cardio really screwed my cortisol levels over. All that cortisol from the cardio was doing me dirty. After making JUST THAT change to my workouts and eating relatively healthy like I always have, WITHOUT cutting my calories by more than 250 of what all those stupid calculators told me I needed to eat, I gained 2 inches on my chest, have a 27 inch waist (off holiday season 26), 40 inch glutes but a lot more muscle down there and they are poppin' and 21-22 inch thighs, 14-13 inch calves. So my body proportions CHANGED ENTIRELY and I have a lovely hourglass figure and feel strong and healthy. My weight only went down 10 lbs but I look very toned and fit. So I encourage all women who are heavily into cardio to use weights or do body weight resistance workouts to build muscle. When you're my age and can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT in moderation, and not gain a pound, and feel BETTER than you did as a teen, you'll really thank yourself for taking care of your muscular development. It's so useful to have muscle as you age. It prevents so many diseases and increases your quality of life as the decades roll on. I do not look bulky, I do not look manly. It's very long and lean muscle. It truly takes heavy weights and low reps with LOADS of protein and HOURS in the gym to bulk out and look manly. Pilates is sooooooooooo useful for gaining strength. You can lay ON THE FLOOR AND WORKOUT. It's amazing. No joke. You can lay on the floor and move your body and gain muscle. It's all about isolation and pulsing and high reps. it's hard. I recommend Cassey Ho's Blogilates channel.

Hey girl ,just a little advice, feel free to take it or not I'm just putting it out there: 1.) my OBG highly recommends to change out of sweaty or wet clothes to keep our feminine areas fresh and also decreasing risk of yeast infection or BV, so maybe you could take like an extra change of dry clothes or even just an extra set of underwear after you leave the gym if you plan on going to run errands. 2.) I have had three doctors confirm that taking Zicam at the first signs of a cold help reduce or fight itoff all together ! They're basically like super vitamin c pills 😊

Hi, Samantha. I cannot wait for you to upload food recipes on your recipes channel. TYSM for this video. This is fun! The next time you are at a major grocery chain, please look for Buitoni pesto sauce...it's literally chef's kiss, in my opinion. It's not something I recommend to eat regularly because of the nutrition facts. I LOVE it SO SO much and it's the ONLY pesto sauce I eat, LITERALLY. I have tried other pesto sauces and they were ALL lousy, to me that is. I think you and Austin would love it. Love & hugs. God bless.

I just started a cut 2 days ago so I’m glad to have recipe ideas! ❤️Just a little tip, no hate, but before you go to the gym, even if you don’t feel hungry, it’s always best to get some form of carbs in to give you more energy for your workout. This will also keep you from feeling starved in the afternoon. And before I have anyone coming at me for this comment, this is just friendly advice! 😂 I wish someone would’ve given me this advice when I started working out over a year ago. I know she said at 1:00 that she had breakfast before the gym, but then at 1:50, she said she’s having her first “meal” after the gym. If she ate beforehand, cool. If she didn’t, here’s some advice that’s helped me 💁🏻♀️
