Your videos aren't boring. I find them very informative and relaxing. Some people dont realize that you have to train the same for several weeks, even months, in order to see progress and growth. They're the type that are always changing up their routines and then they wonder why they don't see the results they want. If this content is boring to them then they should follow someone else.

100%, the "relaxing" part of Sophie's content is absolutely crucial, I feel like most of the fitness girls out there are on the hyperactive side. Here, it's like a little sanctuary of relaxation combined with the gentle encouragement of physical challenge, to contribute to the well-being not only of the body but also of the mind. We're all, viewers & followers of this channel, very thankful for that, I would say.

Exactly!!! Working out is repetitive and your videos are GORGEOUS AND RELAXING. Seriously…. You introduced me to the gym with a 15 week program 3 years ago. You CHANGED MY LIFE. I’m 53 years old and a mother of 5. Between you and Anthony Frisella… I put my life back together. Thank you for the feminine side of strength that certainly is anything but weak. I’m 2 weeks in your program. I love the fact that it’s repeated and I’m able to concentrate on my form. Also it’s not too overwhelming. I was previously training with someone and she had me workout with 12-16 different exercises daily that I get too tired and I just wanted to rush through the workout.

I love your videos. They're calm and peaceful, and it's nice to watch you do the same workouts over and over again. That's what I feel like most people do for their workouts, but when influencers only post new workout all the time, it makes people feel like they're supposed to be constantly switching it up, and that's just not the case.

Um… BORING!? WHAT!? Sure, your videos are not full of loud music, trending challenges, usual “fitness” girlies that sell you sponsored crap all the time. But that is the reason most of your followers love you! You keep it real! You give so much useful advice! Focus on the quality of the information you put rather than do filler videos. I find your videos so educational and inspirational, super aesthetically pleasing which I personally love to watch and hear! Keep it up and don’t change 🤍🤍

Whoever said they were boring are bored with themselves and probably aren't getting the results themselves!! Anyone who trains consistently and with discipline, knows that the food and workouts are supposed to be consistent as well! Don't let these comments get to you please!! I remember my sixth grade teacher was trying to teach us about poetry and how beautiful it can be. One of the boys in the class complained that it was boring, and I will never forget our teacher looking at him and saying with great exasperation, “This isn’t boring, YOU’RE boring!” Yeah he would probably be fired today but he did have a point. I think your videos are great! Not boring. Keep going! Your work is appreciated by many.

It isn’t fully boring, but I must say that the speaking in the beginning is a little boring and most of the time I am skipping the talking and go straight on to the work out or food video part.

I do find this type of video boring. I think you're great and I watch these videos because I think you've worked really hard to create this space and you deserve the support. I find also repetition boring, but I get it. Repetition leads to confidence then consistency. However, personally, if I am not being challenged I can't progress. I think that might also be why people find some videos boring. I do enjoy your videos they are a great resource for keeping the skills I've already learned sharp.

As someone who downloaded the app, and didn't like the training style as much I had to come to terms with this. Iv done many programs and I think programs that have similar work outs week on week with a little variation help keep things interesting. I don't think that training style works for everyone, but it works no doubt.

I think that lately, social media has been growing towards catering (and making) shorter attention spans. With snap stories, instagram stories, tik toks, we are no longer used to giving our time and patience into something for the long run, or even consistently. In addition, alot of the content we are watching are continually growing to be flashy, catchy, attention grabbing, funny and noisy- in order to appeal to the viewer. As a result, as a society (and honestly as a generation) we are no longer used to sitting still, to watching full length videos, to seeing simplicity as something that is interesting. It's why not as many people voluntarily read books anymore, because its boring! We're losing the capacity to visualize, imagine or create on our own. Please keep up your content the way that you want, it is unapologetically you, and gathers an audience and community that really does value the things that you do too. Thank you for taking the time to always let us into your safe space and for devoting time to teach us! I appreciate you so much. I rarely comment on your videos, i think if ever, but I always appreciate your smarts, your scientific explanations, it really shows how evidence-based you are (which I value as a nursing student). Keep it up! Thank you again

as sophie mentioned, if your goals are different, your plan should be different. of course! but, (applying to those who also desire muscle growth) i (kindly) laugh at people who get bored because i've been doing the same lower body routine for... 10mo. meanwhile, the weight has doubled in most of those exercises

How do you know roughly how many macros/calories you are eating for a cut/surplus if you don’t track?? I really don’t want to start counting calories because I don’t want to develop an unhealthy relationship with food, but I struggle to tell if I’m eating too much/not enough each day. Thank you xx

Hi, i am unterbringen, but have fat to loose. I fast often but i zrain 6x per week,u dont see muskle. I am 160cm and 62 kg now..... i was 47 kg 4 years ago..... i dont know how to start with a reverse diet.... any tips ?.... i dont have track food in the past ,but now i will. In the past i have Problems with my mnestrual cycle, now ist all ok.😅
