I have just eaten several sandwiches with vegan spread "Garlick&herbs". It's so delicious! Beetroot spreads&sallads are also really yummy, and can be prepared easily at home. For example, shredded cooked beetroot with finely shredded fresh garlick&horseradish, plus vegan mayo or vegan creme fraiche. Tastes amazing! Happy New Year!

maybe I'll do a lazy recipe edition lol! although a lot of these are quick to throw together when you pre prepare stuff, like the granola and usually I have the roast pumpkin in the fridge and will use it cold or warm it before using

omg i've never tried that spread with apples but the spread itself is amazing! i hate peanut butter with apples personally (maybe its because i only eat mayvers/natural pb) but i think itd go with biscoff since theyre both sweet

Yeah! Food videos 😊 I am not vegan ir vegetarian, but there aré days that I don't want to eat meat 🤷🏻‍♀️ so these videos always give me ideas of what to eat, taking in consideration things for my diet ( I am mostly keto and LCHF due to insuline issues, so no bread or starchy foods for me) I am going to try the toast with no bread (maybe lettuce) 😊 I love arugula salad, I toast Sesame seeds, sun flower seeds, pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the salad 😉🌰🥬 Great vídeo señorita Sofie 👑🌟☺️🌻 Happy Halloween 🎃
