Looking forward to your video on standardized testing! We do MAP and Woodcock Johnson IV every year and it’s so helpful for tracking progress, identifying gaps, and also getting them used to taking tests!! Also, the bloodwork cost is insane. My kiddo wears glasses and her prescription changes pretty drastically every 6 months or so (enough to need a new set of glasses about that often), and I have good insurance- primary AND secondary insurance!- and her glasses still cost me about $180 per pair after two sets of insurance is applied. Bonkers. 😢

MAP testing went really well and it really helped me evaluate where my kids are and pinpoint areas to work on. I think the medical system in this country is ridiculous 🙄. It’s also ridiculous ther rural hospitals can take advantage of people like this. If I go to the nearest large city hospital (nearest is about 1hr 20 mins away) they only charge me around $40 after insurance I usually pay $18
