My mom brain moment was when I sent my 5 year old into school dressed as a roman only to find out that it was Roman day the next day x the poor little guy had to spend the day in essentially a pillow case with wholes cut in it for the arms 😂

Take an Iron Supplement! If you have an iron deficiency, it makes you feel beyond tired or sluggish! -I usually feel this way right after my time of the month. TMI but a life hack.
