Your videos are exactly for me: a home cooking nerd who likes to learn new things to make food better. You don't use very difficult or time consuming techniques like dry aging or sous vide etc and the recepies are often relatively easy meals. I watch a lot of cooking channels on KZbin, but your recepies are pretty much the only ones that I actually try out haha. All the other ones are just satisfying to watch I think lol. Keep up the good work and soon you'll be one of the big cooking fish in the ocean called KZbin.

I keep coming back to this video because it's so unlike 90% of the food youtube content out there. Everyone shows you recipes for the first night and it's really rare that someone shows you how they handle leftovers from the meal, or how they reuse stuff from the fridge so that you're not eating the exact same thing every night. It's a type of food content that I don't see many people teaching and I'm here for it. P.S. - I'd love to hear more about how you figure out your macros for everything you make
