My fiance would tell you that the best thing I've made for him has been a triple chocolate cheesecake. But I think the best thing I've made for him lately has been medium spicy chicken curry and vegetables. I didn't try any of my cheesecake; too sweet for me, but he loved it, so I guess that's all that matters, eh?

See if you can make Cebuchon. It's a Cebu boneless Lechon but seems like with the ingredients are similar to a Vietnamese dish with the addition of Lemongrass in it. Here's a video explaining how it's made.
