Haha, we have fastlagsbullar in Sweden too (ofc)! ...but when you made them I was like: nope nope nope, thats NOT fastlagsbulle!! XD (a bit upset, yes.... ) I guess all nordic countries have their variants.... the thing that links them are the "put something sweet and nice into a bun" and eat.... Thankfully we do not have to fast anymore to get them! I have to make some dannish fastlagsbullar! Looks delish! Grattis på Födelsedagen från grannlandet :)
