Hey all,
So today I was brave and vlogged my day!!
You'll get to see what I eat for main meals, snacks/desserts, plus what body magic I did and you'll also get to meet more of my family/friends!! I've included full recipes for the pancakes and the perfect gadgets I use to make them!! Also the AMAZING Indian tandoori curry!!! There's also some added bonuses, make up, skincare and loads more!!! Oh & me make up free, eeeekkkk!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed your video you are so funny . I loved your pancake pan I must try and find one , I gave that recipe to a friend in Wales who runs a gym and now all his body building mates in the gym go mad for it although they have around twenty banana's or so in their pancakes as you can imagine lol ...Im a lot older than you just turned 60 and I just dont know what to do with my life now, Im struggling losing weight,I have a lovely consultant but Iv just lost heart .. anyway Ill work it out ....just a tip ..if you put some baby oil on your stoves stainless steel splashback it will shine like new .. take care

Hi Nikki, love watching your videos. Please can you help? I am completely stuck, l managed to get to my lowest weight, although not target, two years ago and have just yo-yoed since then. I attend class every week and normally stay. How can l get the best motivation from the class l attend? I still don’t get why I have to sin mashed/blended fruit?? I mean weather I eat the banana like that or blend it.... calories of the banana are the same,no? also, do you have to sin veggies when blended?
