I've also been dealing for the past 2 years with trouble sleeping. I always need to have my fan on, which is troublesome now that is winter 🥶

Hey Phoebe, thank you so much for bringing me comfort, and having created your warm-hug-ish videos that i am right now i a little fase of indulging in! I wonder if you keep the to-do lists you make? I tend to get a bit sentimental over mine, if i have decorated them, and because i feel like they give a cute insight to my life in a certain era, that i might like to look back on, but i suppose you have your videos for that purpose? Many warm wishes, Caroline, Denmark i hope you see this even though it's an old video

I'm feeling that malaise, Phoebe! Your vlogs always make me smile though :) . Those dumplings looked amazing - I take it that blending the millet flakes went okay? Lots of bulk food stores in Melbourne stock millet flour but can be on the expensive side. But I can highly recommend 2brothersfoods, if you want to google them. They are based in W.A. but their shipping is super quick and really well priced (I opt for Aust Post) and everything I've purchased through them has been great quality. You can even opt for plastic-free packaging. In regards to fitness suggestions, I think you might be on the right track with Pilates - especially if you are looking at strength training. I started Clinical pilates after being diagnosed with spinal osteo-arthritis, and abdominal muscle separation after having twins! I loved it as it certainly increased my overall body strength and fitness, whilst not being high impact. In terms of lifting the spirit and energy levels, I absolutely love QiGong - it might look pretty chill but it makes those muscles burn! Check out Shi Heng Yi Online's KZbin channel for some great routines that you might like to try during lockdown xx

ooh thank you for store recommendation - i am always comparing prices on bulk things like that. the millet flakes worked fine as a flour, but my digestion found the feast a little too claggy :( really appreciate reading your fitness insights and experiences Danielle

Hey! I recommended that Women on Food book on one of your patreon vids, yay! It is big but I've had it for years and just read little bits here and there. Hope you like it. I hated Sweetbitter too, couldn't even get oast the first chapter. Great video 💛
