Carys, You have become a wonderful role model for my 10 year old girls. I am a Whitworth grad class 95 and I was volunteering at Camp Spalding this summer and we met Ester, Bella, and River. We have been interested in the Mercy Ship for several years now but God has not shown the way for our family to join the ship yet... we have enjoyed your Vlogs! Such great lessons for my girls. We pray for the ship often! Gretchen James, Sophia and Olivia Wolf Olivia wants to know if there is a volleyball court on the ship? Sophia wants to be a teacher on the ship after she graduates from Whitworth.

I hope one day your family can come or visit the ship, thank you for your prayers and your kind words! :) Please tell Olivia that while we don't have a volley ball court on the ship we did make one on the dock and we have a net and everything and people love to play down there after work (we just have to be careful that we don't spike the ball too hard and hit it into the water!) And please tell Sophia we are always in need of teachers and that would be so wonderful! The kids on the ship are awesome!

Another excellent video Carys. It looks so cold there on the beach, what is the temperature there? Your message is spot on right now, thank you. By the way, are your earrings elephants? They kind of look like elephants facing forward.

Thank you! It looks cold yes haha but it actually is pretty warm, probably was 85 degrees or so and when it's not cloudy it is normally 90-95. It's just rainy season right now so it's always cloudy. haha and yes they are, good eye. I have this strange rule for myself that I only wear super fun earrings and if possible I make those fun earrings animal earrings as much as possible. DOn't know why or when I started that, but there ya go.

hmm that's interesting, I think it's beautiful where you're at. It kind of reminds me of Oklahoma where I use to live. It would be 90 degrees and raining, that's when we would get the tornadoes. Lol I felt kind of silly trying to figure out what kind of animal your earrings were since they were hard to see and I had my face close to the screen for a moment. Well, I like it, it's a fun rule.
