from the CD release "Songs for Dustmites". It was released on August 12, 2003. Steve Burns is better known as the original host of the Nick Jr. TV Series "Blue's Clues". This was his first and only official CD release to date although he has recorded several songs for a future EP that was never released.

I was fortunate enough to get to see Steve perform live after having watched him on Blue's Clues with my son. He is every bit as great of a person off-camera as he was on the show. I haven't heard much about him in a long time and I hope he's doing well.

I read on Wikipedia that he shaved his head the day after he did his final acting job in Steve Goes To College. Clearly he grew his hair back and grew a beard as well for his music videos. Then he shaved his head again and got rid of his beard but kept his mustache when he was featured in Behind The Clues in August 2006. As of 2010, he has a permanently shaved head with a scruffy beard and wears glasses. That's how he looks when he was on The Moth.

I am not a fan of this really. But people need to stop hating on him. Seriously. He was into music before his college years. He did go to college with an acting scholarship. He pursed his want of acting by doing a voice over. He then auditioned for blues clues thinking it was a voice over act to. Then even though the directers made him cut his hair and change his entire wanted appearance he still took on the job for 5 years. He didn't want to do childrens acting for the rest of his life.
