Hey yall, and thanks for watching! I just wanted to add that another way to source high quality meat, eggs, and milk is through local farms and butcher shops. Make sure to ask about how the meat is raised (grass fed & finished, free range, hormones, etc). You may find more competitive pricing, and it’s always nice to support your local small businesses! God Bless 🤝

The thing that is leaking out of the beef patty is water mixed with myoglobin, which is a protein found in the muscle cells, and when it cooks it has that weirdly unpleasant colour and rubbery yet fragile texture. To avoid it leaking from the meat, I suggest sprinkling it with some salt and letting it rest. By doing this, the salt leaks into and in between the muscle cells and retains the moisture

@@Vladinator-06 i'm not the most qualified to answer this question but i understand what you're going through. I recommend asking yourself why you are dating. Do you want to marry? Or do you just want some tail? Or are you just lonely? Once you answer this question, you need to understand what you want in your partner. Make a detailed criteria, and really establish the kind of partner you want. Then actually stick to this criteria. Don't just start dating some chick from the club, find someone you can be proud of, not because they are incredibly attractive, but because they are a person you can proudly surround yourself with. Now concerning yourself. My only advice is think before you do anything. Women are very different than men in how they perceive signals, consciously and subconsciously. Make sure the signals you are sending out are signals you want to be sending out. Otherwise, just be the man you want to be, not the man you think you are. Before you do anything you might regret, think. Is this behavior that the man I want to be would be doing. If it's not, deny yourself. This strategy helped me in every aspect of my life, and i hope this advice helps you bro. Stay strong.

Maybe something you'd like to know: 1: Protein Digestibility Different Foods have diffeerent PD. For exmple the Protein in Eggs is nearly 100% digestible. 100g of an Egg has 13g of Protein, that means our body can take all 100% of 13g of Protein from the egg. As for Beef, the Protein it is ca.92% f.E.: 100g has 26g of Protein and 92% of this kind of Protein can be digested (92% of 26g is 23,92g of effective Protein intake) As you probbaly know there are different kinds of Protein. Protein found in Soy has very high digestibility too (ca.80%), but then you have to look out for the Hormones too, they contain Isoflavones that are a type of phytoestrogen a plant compound that exerts estrogen-like effects. Both Male and Female need Estrogen, but for both it is bad to take in too much. Studys that you should read Protein Digestibility Animal Protein Digestibility Nutritional Quality of Poultry Meat Protein Utilization in Human Body 2: Yes to the eggs The Size of the Egg does matter too, at least I heard. The Bigger the worse. I mean... If anyone knows better please let me know or delete this Comment if it should contain to much nonsense Info. @Scheereddzz Love you Guys, and I am very happy to see you guys happy and so in tune!
